EZ Kids Parties – Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing EZ Kids Parties to celebrate your special event! Please take a moment to review our Terms of Service carefully.

Booking & Deposit

• Deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your event.

• Once you receive your party details and agree to book, you have 48 hours to confirm or cancel.

• After 48 hours, your event is considered OFFICIALLY BOOKED AND SECURE, and your deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.

Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests must be made more than 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

• Events cannot be rescheduled within 48 hours of the event date.

Weather Policy (if applicable)

• For outdoor events, please have a backup plan in case of inclement weather.

• Rescheduling due to weather follows the same 48-hour notification policy.

Liability

EZ Kids Parties is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or lost/stolen personal items during the event. Adult supervision is required at all times.
